November 7-9
We have a unique situation in our next sale. We are selling the contents of a fabulous house on the banks of the Brazos River and also selling the contents of a 32 foot trailer full of tools. The house first. We were contacted several months ago by a couple that had decided to do what a lot of us think about doing. They bought an RV, took what would fit in it and asked us to sell the rest. He is a former Commandant of The A&M Corp of Cadets and their home in the River Ridge subdivision is beautiful. Furniture, kitchen items, books, tools, fishing equipment, a guitar, stereo equipment, two cow hides, toys, display cabinets, a pellet BBQ smoker, an egg, outdoor furniture, a Trek bike, Waterford Crystal, rugs, art and lots more.
Now for the tools. We got a call from a person who comes to our sales and they had a quandary. Their uncle had recently moved here from California with a 30 foot trailer full of tools and after a short illness passed away. Could we do something with the tools? Yes we can. So we are taking advantage of the large car port area and doing a tool sale as well. The sales will run simultaneously. The tools are all marked with red tags and will have to be checked out separately. There is just about every kind of tool you can imagine here. Craftsman toolboxes, DeWalt tools, tons of wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, more tie down straps that you have ever seen, hand tools, chainsaws, pole saws, compressor, pump, hydraulic lift table, motorcycle lifts, some ammo, and a couple of hundred 1 lb lead bars (just to make things interesting.)
It is a beautiful piece of property and we think you will find some great items here. Come see us and take a look.
