I haven't been a video gamer for several years now. Our parents bought us an Atari when it came out and my sister and I spent hours killing those invading spacemen and playing pong. I graduated to Nintendo alone (my sister was too good a student to have time for that nonsense) and I spent days trying to rescue Princess Peach. A lot of years later my wife and I heard the kids talking about a game called "Call of Duty." We still had a game system so we went out and rented the game to see what all the fuss was about. After a very frustrating hour of being killed by Nazi Zombies within seconds of restarting the game we decided our gaming days were done. It has been fun getting these systems going and researching all of the games here. There are two PlayStation 4s, a PlayStation 3 and a Nintendo wii game system. 30 something games (yes Call of Duty is well represented here) and controllers, headsets and all of the other accompanying gadgets. Lest you think it is all fun and games there are also all the other things that makeup a modern home. Jewelry, purses, tools, kitchen items (a nice set of Cuisinart pots and pans), games, linens, clothing, shoes, crystal, TVs, a collection of more than 300 cds (I can tell my age now because there is a lot of "my music" here,) a nice laptop and a nice desktop computer system. The Aggies have an off week so drop by and see what you can find. Maybe grab a copy of "Call of Duty" and kill some of those Nazi Zombies for us.
